The architect is the world famous Renzo Piano. In his opinion this is not a Highrise building. He also designed Centre Pompidou in Paris and the New York Times building in New York. The building must be a reflection of it's surroundings, like the Erasmusbridge and the biggest port in the world!
The lightscreen is 40 meters wide and 90 meters tall, that makes it the biggest lightsceen in Europe! Without the part of the screen the tower is only 89 meters tall.
