The name of the tower name is derivated from the old Schielandhuis beside the tower. The facade is made of aluminium and orange bricks. The tower consist 109 apartments in 4 different types. In the lower floors is a parking for 288 cars. This tower is really giving a collor to the Rotterdam skyline!
