This tower is located in the middle of the Rotterdam skyscraper-zone. The architect also designed the WTC on the other side of the street. It's build into an old building build in 1950, the lowrise-building in the foreground of the picture. The total floorspace is 25.500 m2. Just beside the building is now the 'Splinter' under construction, a 70 meters tall building, which will turn this street into a small 'skyscraper-canyon'.
