This tower consists 124 apartments. It's is the tallest only residental tower in The Netherlands, but some proposed residental towers are taller, like one in Tilburg and one in Amsterdam (125 and 150 meters). The architect is J. Hoogstad, who had a (never build) vision for 6 towers up to 250 meters along the river Maas. The construction costed 9 million Euro.
